Use of this online store (hereinafter the «e-shop» or «website») presupposes the visitor's/user's unconditional acceptance of these Terms of Use. These terms govern the rights and obligations of the e-shop and its users.

3. Services Provided
Through the e-shop, customers can purchase technology products and accessories (such as phone cases, screen protectors, cables, headphones and other gadgets), in accordance with the terms described herein.
4. Intellectual Property
All content of the e-shop (texts, images, logos, graphics) is the intellectual property of the business or of its third-party partners and is protected by Greek and European law. Reproduction or use without prior written permission is prohibited.
5. User Obligations
The user must:
- Provide true and complete information when placing an order.
- Not use the e-shop for unlawful or abusive purposes.
- Respect these terms and the applicable law.
6. Product Prices
All prices are stated in euros (€) and include the applicable VAT in force at the time. The e-shop reserves the right to modify prices without prior notice.
7. Order Process
An order is completed by selecting products, entering your details and confirming payment. Once the order is completed, the user receives a relevant confirmation by email.
8. Payment Methods
The available payment methods are:
- Credit or debit card, via Piraeus Bank.
- Cash on delivery, with an additional charge of €2.50.
- Bank transfer.
Card details are not stored on the store's servers; processing is carried out exclusively through certified payment providers.
9. Shipping of Products
Shipments are made within Greece via ACS Courier or to a BOX NOW locker, as described in detail on the Shipping page. Free shipping applies on orders over €35. Below this threshold, shipping costs are calculated at checkout according to the selected delivery method.
10. Returns Policy – Withdrawal
The consumer has the right of withdrawal within 14 calendar days of receiving the product, in accordance with Law 2251/1994 on consumer protection. Products must be returned in their original condition. The procedure and exceptions are described in detail on the Returns page.
11. Limitation of Liability
The business is not liable for any technical problems, service interruptions or delays caused by force majeure or by third-party service providers (e.g. courier companies, payment providers).
12. Personal Data
The management of users' personal data is carried out in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (EU 2016/679 – GDPR) and the e-shop's Privacy Policy.
13. Modification of Terms
The business reserves the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. Changes take effect upon their publication on the e-shop.
14. Applicable Law – Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by Greek law. The Courts of the business's registered office are competent to resolve any dispute.
