Shipping

1. Introduction

We ship throughout Greece via ACS Courier, with home delivery or pickup from a BOX NOW locker. The final cost and delivery time are shown at checkout.

2. Service areas

We serve the whole of Greece (mainland and islands). Shipping outside Greece is not currently supported.

3. Shipping methods

• ACS Courier — home delivery.
• BOX NOW — pickup from a locker.

4. Delivery times

Delivery takes place within 1–3 business days, depending on the shipping destination. Delays due to force majeure are governed by the Terms of Use.

5. Shipping cost

Free shipping on orders over €35. Below the threshold, shipping charges are calculated at checkout according to the delivery destination (up to 2kg):

• Within the city: €2.80
• Within the region: €3.60
• Mainland destinations: €3.60
• Island destinations: €3.60
• Hard-to-reach areas: €4.00

Each additional kilogram is charged according to the official ACS price list. Cash on delivery incurs an additional charge of €2.50.

6. Payment methods

The available payment methods are:

• Credit or debit card, via Piraeus Bank.
• Cash on delivery, with an additional charge of €2.50.
• Bank transfer.
