1. Right of withdrawal
In accordance with Law 2251/1994 on consumer protection, you have the right to return the product without giving any reason within 14 calendar days from the date you received it. A return is accepted only if the product is in its original condition and packaging.
2. How to return a product
Send the product back at your own expense, in its original condition and packaging, to our warehouse together with the proof of purchase. The store bears no responsibility for any fault or damage caused to the product by the customer while opening the packaging.
Before sending it, please contact us at pooqshops@gmail.com or on 2651064693, quoting your order number and the reason for the return, so that we can give you instructions.
3. Order cancellation
If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us within one hour of placing the order, at pooqshops@gmail.com or on 2651064693.
4. Defective or wrong product
If the product you received is defective or is not the one you ordered, you send it back to us at no additional shipping charge, so that we can proceed with a replacement. In this case the cost of the return is borne by us. The statutory two-year guarantee under Law 2251/1994 also applies.
5. Cost of returns
In the case of an unjustified withdrawal (§1), the cost of the return is borne by the customer. Where we are at fault — a defective or wrong product (§4) — the cost of the return is borne by us.
6. Refunds
The refund is issued within 14 days of us receiving the returned product, provided that the product is unused and accompanied by the retail sales receipt, using the same payment method you used when placing your order.
7. Discount code / coupon
If you did not use a discount code or coupon when placing your order, the discount cannot be granted afterwards once the product has already been shipped.

9. Out-of-court dispute resolution
For the out-of-court resolution of disputes, the consumer may refer the matter to the European Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
